Sajan Gheevarghese started Powerplus way back in 1998 as a manufacturer of inverters, UPS, batteries, cables, pumpsets and other electrical products. For the past 14 years he has been an integral part of Kerala’s Solar industry, installing over 1000 Solar Power Plants across the state. His work has been instrumental in educating the public about the benefits of renewable energy and he has also motivated many new gen solar entreprenuers to establish and grow in this industry. As a motivator trainer and entrepreneur he is definitely a key part of the Masters Association.
Tinsu Mathew started his solar business in 2017 by the company name El Sol Power Solutions Pvt Ltd. He is having a trading division in the solar division named True Sun Trading Company. His company have successfully installed and commissioned more than 3 MW systems in 750+ homes. He is awarded as Kerala state young entrepreneur runner-up in 2021 and 2022
Rajesh Punnadiyil is an Automobile Engineer from Hindustan Engineering College, Chennai and has decades of experience in Automotive and Industrial Battery, UPS, and Solar Industries. He has a proven record of increasing revenues, streamlining workflow, and creating a teamwork environment to enhance the top-to-bottom line in management and implementing a standardized process of the organization.
